We are so excited for you to join us in 2023! Applications are LIVE for 2023! Before you apply check out the changes coming in 2023 below!

As we prepare for 2023, we took time to reflect on the feedback many of you provided through the recent survey! Your feedback has lead to suggestions and changes which have been implemented for 2023. Please see a recap of the major changes below.

1. Festival dates were moved back a week to the last weekend in April. The dates for the 2023 Pickens Azalea Festival are April 28 & 29.

2. A new pricing tier was created for Dessert Food vendors. This new tier will offer vendors who specialize in desserts and sweets the ability to participate for $175 on Saturday or $225 for Friday and Saturday.

3. Our vendor selection process has been modified to better accommodate specialty artists and vendors. As a part of the application process you will be asked to provide information on what makes your business/nonprofit/art considered unique or one-of-a-kind. Please make sure to answer in detail. Applicants that specialize in fewer areas will have a higher likelihood of being approved. This applies to all vendor types.
4. Added in 2023 is the requirement to prominently display any service or convenience fees being charged to customers at your booth. This is in addition to product prices.
5. A cap was added to all service and convenience fees charged to customers. These fees cannot exceed 3.5% of the gross sales receipt.
6. The booth selection process has been modified compared to years past. Vendors will have the opportunity to select their booth location from a map. Careful attention should be paid to surrounding booths if you do not want to be close to like-kind vendors. Please see the video below for more info.

7. Vendor Hours on Saturday have been changed from 10 AM to 7 PM. Vendors who wish to stay late for music and late comers should look for booth space near the amphitheater!
